1. To protect the employees of KESQ so that we will be able to bring you vital information following an earthquake. 2. Bring you the most immediate and accurate information following an earthquake. 3. Educate the public on the use and implementation of earthquake early warning. 4. Insure the success and implementation of earthquake early warning in the Coachella Valley.
To help make earthquake early warning a reality in the Coachella Valley we need your help. The next phase of this project is to add a network of early warning to all of the school districts here in the Coachella Valley. KESQ, as a key partner, is committed to helping make CREWS operational as soon as possible. To achieve this goal WE NEED YOUR HELP. As CREWS partners, the Coachella Valley Emergency Managers Association is the designated 501(c)3 non-profit organization of the CREWS project. Composed of regional First Responders and Emergency Managers, CVEMA will spearhead our community outreach, fundraising, and educational campaigns.
